I’m a seasoned communicator with experience across nearly every corner of the media landscape. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked in newsrooms, college athletics, national sports broadcasting, and now in food and agriculture. My path has taken me through three TV stations, three NCAA institutions, a global sports network, and today, a farmer-owned dairy brand where I lead digital content and storytelling.

I’m originally from Madison County, Virginia, and earned both my Journalism degree and a master’s in Sports Leadership from James Madison University.
